I’m Simon, a Kent based photographer primarily taking photographs of nature. This website is designed to be a showcase for my work and is mainly aimed at friends and family.

A lot of my photography takes place in the Kent and Sussex countryside. I find these areas quite inspiring. There is something quite wonderful about being outside with a camera in the peace and quiet of the countryside. And both counties have interesting coastlines which are marvellous to photograph.  In fact I would take photographs even if they were never looked at afterward -although I appreciate that is not really the point!

Of course there are other places which I have travelled to, that are great locations for nature photography, and I have included some of these in my work.

For me the only thing better than photographing nature is being in the same countryside on my bike! You get to see more of it in a shorter amount of time as well as the benefit of those endorphins!

I hope that this website shows you things which you would not otherwise have seen. Or helps you to look at something in a new way. If I achieve that I will be delighted.
